C).Customer's complaints
For all complaints come from our customer, we will give a reasonable solution within 48 hours.

products with quality problem.
D).Sample order
We welcome sample order or trial order before mass order,this can help customer know
more information about our chair quality.Generally, our sample charges 2 times of the normal
price, and we will refund normal chair cost after the order confirmed.
